In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
• Align projects to management and business strategy
• Integrate vertical and horizontal solutions into the strategy
• Ensure effective relationships among the design team(s) and partners
• Develop root cause analysis and business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates
• Establish standards for measuring performance against process requirements utilizing formal process engineering tools and methods
• Ensure development of metrics (key indicators) that provide data for future improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant Strategy and/or Big 4 Consulting experience
• Financial Services industry experience, preferably Corporate and Investment Banking
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scope and change intensive or process improvement initiatives to successful conclusion
• Demonstrated ability to execute process improvement methodologies with emphasis on Lean principles
• Experience developing and implementing project level processes, procedures and performance metrics
• Bachelor degree or equivalent with major in Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or similar discipline
• Experience effectively working with a geographically dispersed team
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, recognizing the significance of competing priorities

• Strong partnering and collaboration skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with business process mapping tools such as Visio or iGrafx

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Project)

Charlotte, NC: $84,000 - $149,400
