Service was lazy and rude. Wait was ridiculous considering I pre-ordered and got a message my order was ready for pickup. The products suck too!

The whole process of putting in an online pre order is a JOKE! You expect people to wait over an hour in their car to wait for there turn to go in. I waited over an hour an never recieved a text for my turn. I finally had to go up the the front to see when I was next. Everyone apologized and I got right in. There is no reason for the long wait times if you have already pre ordered. They already got what they need and they should be in and out. I understand people change their mind and want something eles but that should not take Forever! Please get your sh*t together, if we have to keep this process going for period of time something needs to change.

Pre-packed flower no thank you! I used to like this place but it seems like the samples always look way better then what they actually give me.. The people who run this place are awesome and everyone's friendly but I think I'll stick with the normal place I go..

Depending on the budtender its either a great experience or a very very horrible one. They tend to lie to you about products and try to sell you on the least sold items they have. Every Curaleaf flower product comes filled with premature baby seeds. I've walked out multiple times now because what they show online DOES NOT exist in the store. Lets not forget the extremely high Debt card fees they charge. But what do you expect from the Walmart of dispo's? 4/10 on a good day

They have a very friendly warm staff, who care about finding which medicine is best you! The meds are top of the line. I will continue to get my meds here!

Budtenders seem to not care at all the person in the front always seems irritated, the security guards are always friendly but the other people that work there seem to not care.

Yo...your Geodes are overpriced. Straight up! $40 for a half gram which is mediocre in taste and effects—at best? I tried a couple different strains of the Geodes too, but this concentrate is not poppin. Your Geodes do not compare to: MPX, Highfield, Drip, Nectar nor Grow Science Rosin...so why price it as such? Y’all tripping...either create sumthin better, or lower your price on those half grams—real talk.

I ordered a pick up order at 8 and they were out of two of the four strains I wanted and were Showing available online. They then texted me No notify me and I asked for two other strands only to arrive and be told the strand I chose was labeled wrong and no longer qualified for the Pricing advertised I agreed to chose yet another strain but showed the bud tender online for their referencing, he showed his superior who proceeded to be very rude in his explanation on why I couldn’t possibly think this warrants my pricing to be valued at what was Advertised online, i hadn’t implied I wanted a discount the employee judged me and jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to argue and as a result was very hostile in his explanation. Nice bud tender but who ever was in charge was disrespectful and showed poor customer service.

if you are only serving 3 patients at a time why are we all being squished into one corner, elbow to elbow (sunday 8:30am)

my order was suppose to be 20% off got there it wasn't so didn't have enough and had to put my 2 brownies back. what a bummer. when I told the girl that wasnt the price it was on leafly she didn't care she procced to put my stuff back..

An absolute crash in overall location quality that started previous to COVID-19... after that things got worse.In that past few months this location has seen service times increase dramatically while other dispensaries are making moves to operate more efficiently within the situation.There has been a price increase on many products without an increase in product or service quality.As one of the “First 50” customers at The Greenhouse (original name) in 2013, I feel as though I would no longer recommend this location as a must try. While this dispensary is good enough, it’s no longer special.

I understand that all of these employees are irritated by having to sit outside, as was evidenced today by the young girl who was sitting inside on her phone instead of checking me in. Then when I went to leave, she decided to do her job at that point and made me leave out a different way even though there was no one standing there. If you’re gonna have rules and regulations around Covid, then they need to be followed at all times and not just when one of your employees wants to pull a power trip. Even though as I was standing at the window waiting for my car to be checked in, she was sitting at a chair that was definitely less than 6 feet from me. If you’re gonna have rules and regulations around Covid, then they need to be followed at all times and not just when one of your employees wants to pull a power trip. Please remind your employees that without the customers, they wouldn’t have a job. The young gal working your front door at about 6:30 tonight really needs that reminder. She also needs the reminder that the mask needs to be worn on your entire face and not pull down below your nose. She complained when I first walked in about how hot it was outside, I’m in car sales and probably not the person to say that too. I’ll be back, I just hope I don’t have to deal with her again.
