The 2025 NFL Draft had wildcard written all over it, and it's living up to the billing. No offence to Cam Ward, but the Titans' overall No.1 pick was rather overshadowed.

Sanders, the son of NFL legend Deion Sanders and a former teammate of Hunter, was until weeks expected to go first overall. Having apparently rubbed a lot of recruiters the wrong way at the NFL Combine, however, he's still on the shelf for Round 2, and the Browns and Saints are the only teams shopping for a starting QB.
Awkwardly, when Sanders was a man in demand his father and his team weren't shy about ridiculing potential suitors, saying that Shedeur is already so wealthy that he'd rather not play at all than play in a cold city or for a losing team.
But spare a thought for Falcons fans. After the front office's shocker a year ago, they doubled-down by handing the Rams their 2026 first-round pick in exchange for the 26th pick.
