Our room was elegant and was not decorated in the over-the-top bunnies or ducks motif that some B&B's use. It was not filled with antiques, but it did have a state of the art modern bathroom with a huge shower, Keurig machine in the room and mini-frig stocked with soda and water. Brenda and Rob, our hosts, were friendly and informative about Eureka Springs. The breakfasts, created by Rob and served by Brenda, were delicious, all three courses! I would definitely book this B&B again when traveling to Eureka Springs. I especially liked the private patio area our room had, where you could read or meditate.

My husband Jon and I stayed here for our anniversary this past weekend and we absolutely LOVED it!!! Rob and Brenda are exceptional hosts and their hospitality is also exceptional! Their breakfasts are out of this world. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Rob and Brenda are wonderful hosts. They are generous with there time. Rob's breakfasts are creative and delicious. Our room had a balcony that is fabulous. We spent most of our time there watching the wildlife. We came home with many wonderful memories.

We will be staying here anytime we make a trip to Eureka!

We visited after a 4 day trip at the Buffalo River in October and wanted a place that was comfortable and quiet, with easy access to city center and sights. Jackpot.Tree top suite room and it's jetted TUB was fantastic, hosts were incredibly gracious with great recommendations on the best places to see/eat/visit, breakfasts were fantastic, and the trolley stop was less than 500 feet from front door offering access to everything without the hassle of driving and parking headaches.If ever return to Eureka Springs, gonna rest our head at this fabulous place again. Just book it here if you're going!

Our first experience staying at a B&B! Brenda and Rob set the bar high! The treetop suite was amazing and the breakfasts were outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Rob and Brenda are excellent hosts. We felt "at home" and part of their "family"....they are very personable and kind. The little touches from the welcome chocolates, card, cold water, soap made just for Arsenic and Old Lace, and so much more, add to the experience.If you can, enjoy the breakfast. Rob does a fantastic job. So much food and delicious. The entire space from the porch, outdoor sitting area, and living spaces are great. We really felt like we were at home.You are just a short walk from town, but far enough away that you can really take in The Ozarks. Parking is convenient and right out front, so if you need to leave, it's very easy.When we head back to Eureka Springs (we will definitely be back) we will stay here again no question. The people make the space and Brenda and Rob are the true example of that.

This is one of the cleanest, most gorgeous bed and breakfasts I've experienced. My husband and I stayed in the patio suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room smelled amazing and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. Breakfast was a delightful mix of sweet and savory each day, and served in a charming dining room with tons of natural light. We even spotted a deer in the backyard one evening! We absolutely plan to visit again.

Our room, the Patio Suite, was on the lowest level off the driveway. The patio was secluded and was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon rest after a day of sightseeing/shopping. Our room was well appointed including a Keurig coffee machine and mini fridge with soft drinks. There were some delicious chocolates on the bed. The breakfast menu is posted in the kitchen each evening. The breakfast was three courses and delicious. Though we chose this place because there was an EV charger available for their guests with electric cars, this was the best experience we have had ata B&B.

Arsenic and Old Lace is truly a top quality bed and breakfast. From the moment you walk in the front door Brenda and Rob make you feel so comfortable and special. Their home is beautiful but is also so clean and spotless that you will know why they receive such outstanding reviews. The food is great from the amazing breakfasts to start the day to the delicious cookies in the afternoon. Just returned from a wonderful stay and have already booked our next visit for December. Do yourself a favor when going to Eureka Springs and stay at Arsenic and Old Lace-you will be glad you did.
